Alex Davidson joined Forsyth Barr in 2015 as an intern. Following his internship, he continued to work in a part-time capacity until he completed his university studies. After graduating in 2016, Alex started full-time as an Analyst.
Alex has been involved in a number of transactions including Arvida’s $77m rights issue, Precinct Properties’ $150m convertible note, the A$168m sale of Trustpower’s Australian generation assets and the inaugural $150m subordinated bond issue for WEL Networks.
Alex completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Lincoln University in 2015. The following year he completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
