The opening of the office in Botany is part of Forsyth Barr’s ongoing growth and, most particularly, our commitment to providing clients with quality investment advice, on the ground in the local communities we serve.

Our Auckland East team is led by David Morgan and Mark Steele.
About David
David Morgan joined Forsyth Barr in 2018, and has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. David is an Authorised Financial Adviser (2011) and is currently working towards accreditation as an NZX Adviser. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biological Science, as well as the National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) Level 5.
David is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through effective investment planning. Over the years David has developed enduring relationships with his clients based on trust and a shared understanding of portfolios.
About Mark
Mark Steele joined Forsyth Barr in 2018, and has over nine years of experience in the financial services industry in New Zealand. Mark is an Authorised Financial Adviser (2011) and is currently working towards accreditation as an NZX Adviser. He holds the National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) Level 5.
His strength is adjusting his service and advice to each individual client’s objective and style. Objectives could be growth, capital protection, income for retirement or all of the above!
