About Kerry
Kerry Greer joined Forsyth Barr in 2020 after spending nearly a decade in New York at UBS, Blackstone and PJT Partners.
Kerry has advised clients on a wide range of buyside, sellside, merger and distressed M&A transactions across multiple industries, with experience advising clients in the industrials, energy, healthcare, consumer and metals and mining sectors. Kerry has also assembled extensive experience with respect to chapter 11 bankruptcy, having advised numerous debtors and creditor groups.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance with first class honours from the University of Auckland.
