Kerry Greer commenced his role as Head of Investment Banking in 2025 having joined Forsyth Barr in 2020 after spending nearly a decade in New York at UBS, Blackstone and PJT Partners.

Over almost twenty years, Kerry’s experience includes working across multiple geographies, including Australasia, the US, the UK and Europe; across various industries, including infrastructure, telecommunications, industrials, energy, healthcare, consumer and metals and mining; and across multiple products, including M&A, ECM, DCM and restructuring.

Since joining Forsyth Barr, Kerry has advised clients across a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions, including leading M&A and advisory transactions for Spark, Trustpower, Mercury, Lodestone and DB Breweries and capital markets transactions for Infratil, Precinct Properties, Ryman Healthcare, Vulcan Steel, Vital Healthcare and Channel Infrastructure.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance with first class honours from the University of Auckland.
