Laura Ramsay

Laura Ramsay joined Forsyth Barr in December 2015. After building a sound understanding of the business in a range of support roles, Laura joined the Dunedin Adviser team in September 2022. 

 

Laura is registered as a financial adviser and accredited as an NZX adviser. She holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management from the Open Polytechnic.

Laura works closely with Branch Manager Damian Foster and adviser Gordon Tucker where, together with the support of Adviser Assistant Nick Honeyfield, the team provides investment portfolio management services to a wide-ranging client base across the Otago region. Their client relationships often span multiple generations and include business owners, retirees, charities, incorporated societies, international visa applicants, estate beneficiaries, and family trusts.

 

Having grown up on the Otago Peninsula, Laura is grateful to call Dunedin home and enjoys supporting the local community through her work as co-manager of the Dunedin branch of The Nest Collective and as a trustee of the Moray Foundation Trust.
