About Marius

Marius joined Forsyth Barr Auckland in 2026. He brings a background in high-performance environments, having previously served as an operator within the New Zealand Special Forces and as a sailing team member with Emirates Team New Zealand, contributing to two successful America’s Cup defences (Auckland and Barcelona).

Marius is working towards his financial adviser status and his NZX Adviser accreditation. He is currently undertaking the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment).

Outside of work, he continues to compete on the European Maxi sailing circuit and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
