About Mark

Mark joined Forsyth Barr in 2024, having worked for one of New Zealand’s biggest banks for over 26 years, primarily in the Canterbury region. This included senior leadership roles across New Zealand in the Commercial & Agri sectors.

Mark is currently working towards his NZX Adviser accreditation and is studying for his New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) from Lincoln University.

Mark has a wide range of contacts, and a passion for helping clients succeed. Mark lives on a farm near Lincoln, Canterbury with his family, and enjoys farming, snow-skiing and boating with family and friends.
