About Matt
Matt Moore joined Forsyth Barr in Auckland in 2026, bringing with him more than 12 years of experience across the financial services industry in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Matt is registered as a financial adviser and is currently working towards his NZX Adviser accreditation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Otago. In addition, Matt has completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment).
Matt takes a client-focused approach, working closely with individuals and families to understand their goals and deliver investment strategies aligned with their long-term financial objectives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and has a keen interest in sport.
