About Michael
Michael Raynes joined Forsyth Barr Hamilton in 2020 bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across lending, investments and funds management. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Michael held executive roles with a leading NZ funds management organisation for over a decade.
Michael is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. Michael has a Bachelor of Management Studies (1st class Honours) from the University of Waikato with majors in Accounting and Marketing.
Outside of work, Michael has four kids that keep him busy but he still manages to exercise regularly enjoying running, surfing and the odd game of golf. You’ll also find him cheering on the Chiefs enthusiastically.
