About Nicola
Nicola joined the Forsyth Barr Timaru team in 2025 as an Adviser Assistant, before moving into an Associate Adviser role in 2026. She brings with her, over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry.
Nicola is currently studying towards the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment) and working toward her NZX Adviser accreditation. She holds a New Zealand Diploma in Business from Otago Polytechnic and a Certificate in Business from Massey University.
Outside of work, most of Nicola and her husband’s time is taken up with their sons’ sporting pursuits – whether volunteering on committees, managing teams, or just supporting from the sidelines. If she manages to find a quiet moment to sit down with a good book, she considers it a great day.
