About Sarah
Sarah Frost joined Forsyth Barr Nelson in 2021 as an Adviser Assistant, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the events management industry in Auckland and Queenstown. After 12 years in the industry, she and her family chose to settle in Nelson, where she continues to build her career in financial services.
Sarah is registered as a financial adviser and is working towards her NZX Adviser accreditation. She holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment), an MBA with Distinction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, from the Auckland University of Technology.
Outside of work, Sarah is actively involved in her community. She plays and supports netball, serving as Deputy Chair of the Nelson Netball Centre, and enjoys live theatre, hiking, and travelling with her husband and daughter.
