David McConnochie

About David

David McConnochie joined Forsyth Barr in Tauranga in 2008. He is the Manager of the Tauranga office and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

David is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. He studied Finance and Science at the University of Otago gaining his Bachelor of Commerce, and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Massey University.

David grew up in Dunedin and has relocated to Tauranga with his young family. He is actively involved in his community through Rotary, and is a member of the Board at his children's school. David enjoys outdoor pursuits and sports including tennis, skiing, golf and mountain biking.
