About Carrick
Carrick Lucas joined Forsyth Barr in 2025 as a Senior Analyst, Fixed Income Research. He has over 20 years’ experience across funds management and the banking industry, specialising in portfolio management and interest rate strategy. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Carrick worked as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at both a local funds management firm and bank treasury, and previously as an Interest Rate Strategist at a local bank.
Carrick is a registered Financial Adviser and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from Auckland University).
