Sam Averill joined Forsyth Barr in 2025 through the Graduate Programme before moving into the Equity Research team. He supports research coverage across a diverse range of sectors, including Building Materials, Property, Mining, Gaming, Financials, Telecommunications, and Aged Care.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science conjoint degree from the University of Otago, majoring in Finance and Data Science.
Outside of work, Sam is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, cricket, and spending time with family and friends.
