Infratil was founded by the late Lloyd Morrison in 1994 to invest in and manage infrastructure assets critical to the New Zealand and Australian economies. It was one of the world’s first listed infrastructure funds. Infratil’s initial focus was on energy and airports. Today, its investment portfolio has broadened to include renewable energy, transport, healthcare, telecommunications, and data centres across New Zealand, Australia, and around the world.
