About Myles
Myles joined Forsyth Barr in 2022 as an Associate in the Investment Banking Team. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Myles spent over three years carrying out M&A assignments and preparing Independent Adviser Reports with Grant Samuel. Prior to that he spent three years in the Corporate and Commercial team of Simpson Grierson.
Myles has experience on a range of mid-market M&A sell-side mandates and has advised on Independent Adviser Reports including Refining NZ, ArborGen ANZ, Eroad, 2Degrees and Pushpay.
Myles completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) majoring in Finance and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
