About Michael
Michael joined Forsyth Barr’s investment banking team in early 2022 as an analyst. Prior to joining Forsyth Barr, Michael spent time in the PwC Corporate Finance team.
Michaels’ transactional experience includes acting on Spark’s set up and ~$900m selldown in Spark TowerCo, Eastland Group’s sale of Eastland Network for ~$260m, Eastland Group’s $500m+ sell down of Eastland Generation and as a Joint Lead Manager on debt capital market transactions .
Michael holds a Honours in Finance (First Class) from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in Finance and Economics from the University of Otago.
